Fair Use

This page forms part of the Lease Ventures Terms of Use (clauses 2.2 and 7).

1. The free plan

1.1 During the beta the Platform is free. We call this the free plan.

1.2 The Platform shows up to 50 Providers for each property you add.

2. Limits that keep the service available

To keep the Platform working well for everyone, some actions can be repeated only so many times in an hour. The Platform tells you when you reach one. In any one hour you can:

  1. add up to 20 properties one at a time;
  2. import up to 20 spreadsheets of up to 100 properties each;
  3. run matching up to 30 times;
  4. edit properties up to 30 times;
  5. report up to 10 wrong contact details.

3. Changes

3.1 We may change these limits. A reduction in what you already have is a material change under clause 3 of the Terms of Use, and we give at least 30 days' notice of it.
