i. Essential items keep you signed in, remember your cookie choice and protect the site. They cannot be switched off.

ii. Analytics (PostHog) tells us which pages are used and where people get stuck. It only runs if you accept it. Nothing from PostHog loads until you do.

iii. We do not use advertising cookies.

iv. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link at the foot of every page.

v. What we set:

(1) Sign-in session token. Essential. Held in your browser's local storage, not a cookie. It keeps you signed in. It stays until you clear your browser data.

(2) PostHog cookie, named "ph_" followed by our PostHog project token and "_posthog", with matching local storage. Analytics, only if you accept. It holds a visitor and session identifier. It lasts 365 days.

(3) Your cookie choice. Essential. Held in your browser's local storage, not a cookie, in a setting named "__ph_opt_in_out_" followed by our PostHog project token. It stays until you clear your browser data.
