LeaseIQ is run by Max Scott Property Ltd (“we”). These terms apply when you create a LeaseIQ member account and use the member workspace. By ticking the box on the sign-up form you agree to them. We record the version you accepted and the date. If we change them, we will publish a new version here and ask you to accept it before it applies to you.
LeaseIQ helps landlords and agents find supported-housing and care providers who may want to lease their property, compare the public information we hold about them, and keep a record of their own outreach. Membership is free. LeaseIQ currently covers England only.
Saving an outreach record does not send a message, make an introduction or arrange a lease. You decide whether and how to contact a provider.
You must be at least 18 and acting for a business, as a landlord, agent or their representative. The details you give us must be true. We check each new account before switching it on, and we may decline one without giving a reason. Keep your password and any connection codes private. You are responsible for what is done with your account and with the tools you connect to it.
Matches and scores are our indicative view of which providers may be worth approaching, based on public data. They're not a rating of any provider and not financial or legal advice. We can't guarantee any provider will reply or take your property.
These are the contact details we hold. Some may be out of date or reach a general inbox. Finding the right person inside the organisation is up to you.
Checklists and summaries are a starting point, not a completed check. Take your own legal and financial advice before signing a lease, and confirm a provider’s current needs, regulation and finances with them directly.
Upload only photographs, floor plans, spreadsheets and text that you have the right to use. Please don't upload anything that names or describes tenants or residents, including their health or support needs. Your uploads are private to your account; brochures you export are yours to share.
Use the workspace for your own property business. Do not share your account, copy or scrape the provider information, resell it, try to get round access limits, or use the service to send unsolicited marketing. Matching, imports and uploads have usage limits that keep the service available for everyone.
We work to keep LeaseIQ available and accurate, but the service and its data are provided as they are and may change, pause or stop. We may add, change or remove features, including making parts of the service paid in future. We will tell you before any charge applies, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
We are not responsible for decisions you make using the service, for a provider’s actions, or for any lease you agree. As the service is free, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for loss of profit or opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
You can delete your account at any time from Account in the workspace. This removes your properties, uploads and outreach records. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or that we have not approved.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions or complaints: info@lease-iq.co.
